About Mariana:Mariana is a bilingual social worker who is proud to work for FCS, a grassroots organization that offers a wide range of programs and is dedicated to serving the local community with heart and compassion through an integrative approach to health. Mariana believes in the restorative and transformative power of counseling and the importance of personal goals in helping individuals create a brighter future. She helps clients overcome resistance and stigma, working to dispel the misconception that therapy is only for the "locos" (crazy). Instead, she views therapy as a safe and supportive space where individuals can process trauma and navigate life’s challenges — challenges that can often feel too heavy to bear alone.
