— A Method of Change —
Grief is an uncomfortable topic for most people so, grievers often grieve alone. There are over 40 different losses we may experience in our lifetime (including death of a loved one). As a culture we tend to dismiss our losses as an inconvenient or unfortunate event that we often have no control over. Failure to appropriately process through the emotions attached to our losses eventually leads to feelings of being stressed and overwhelmed and; can potentially gravitate to symptoms of depression and anxiety.
This curriculum is designed to help grievers identify unresolved issues and achieve relief from the pain of their grief. This training will give you a different perspective on how to address individuals dealing with grief.
