Ever felt like a referee when working with a couple? Ever wondered how to get out of the loop of “keeping score?” Research shows that roughly 90% of couples who undergo therapy through a systemic-attachment framework show significant improvements. This seminar will survey a variety of systemic modalities to show how they apply to the work of couples in distress. Each method will take you through strategies to help a couple move away from conflict and toward a conversation that fosters change. Participants will be given an introduction to systemic thinking, practical strategies for conflict reduction and ways in which to improve the overall trajectory of couples’ work.
