Mollie Swillum has been an LCSW for three years and has a variety of clinical experience in settings from hospitals, schools, partial hospitalizations, intensive outpatient programs, In the private practice setting today, Mollie works with Relief Mental Health in Oakbrook as their full-time therapist. Mollie supports a full caseload of teens and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, self-harm, grief, and more. She’s compassionate, straightforward, and builds rapport through honesty, transparency, and providing a comfortable space to open up using CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused and Strengths Based modalities consistently to adapt to any life stressor. Specific to the practice, Mollie is also able to provide psychoeducation to clients around additional unique interventions provided by the agency such as TMS and Spravato (esketamine), as well as medication management. In addition to private practice success, Mollie would like to raise awareness around self-compassion for anyone struggling with mental health challenges that involve negative self-talk and fighting against stigma around seeking mental health support.
