|About the Presenter:||Dr. Maha Zayed earned her Ph.D. from Northern Illinois University in 2008 and completed her internship and post-doctoral training at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and the National Center for Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). She spent the first four years of her career at the VA where she used exposure-based therapies to treat veterans suffering from PTSD. Currently, she is co-owner and director at The OCD & Anxiety Center in Oak Brook, IL. At OAC, Dr. Zayed uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and exposure-based therapies to treat children, teens and adults suffering from anxiety, trauma, OCD, and related disorders.|
Dina Scolan, LCPC specializes in the treatment of children, teens, and adults suffering from anxiety, OCD and related disorders. Although she specializes in anxiety, her 24 years of experience have afforded her the opportunity to treat individuals with a variety of mental health needs across all levels of care. Dina implements evidence-based treatment interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention while working closely with the families of her patients.
Lauren Eldridge, LSW CADC received her Master’s degree in Social Work at Loyola University in Chicago, where she completed course work and training in substance use disorders to become a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Lauren has training and experience using evidence-based interventions to treat mood and anxiety disorders, OCD, eating disorders, and substance use in both adults and adolescents.
