About the Presenter:Dr. Amanda Goldman is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor specializing in the psychotherapy of schizophrenia and other psychotic conditions. She is the owner and founder of East Aurora Counseling, Ltd. and the founder and executive director of the Judah Robinson Foundation, NFP. A resident of Aurora for over twenty years, Dr. Goldman has been practicing psychotherapy for 19 years and has devoted her career to serving under-resourced, poorly-understood treatment populations. She is internationally recognized for her work with psychosis and trains professionals, students, and caregivers in communicating more effectively with individuals with psychosis. She is certified by the Pre-Therapy Institute and presents her work annually to international providers.
