Chef Paco Lopez
2017 Food Fight People’s Choice winner! Francisco Lopez, known as Chef Paco is the Chef/Owner of New Robozo in Oak Park and Chicago. Chef Paco studied in the field of gastronomy at Illinois Institute of Art in Chicago, specializing in Mexican food. His philosophy on his dishes is that they have to reflect aspects of life. “Life must be sweet, sour, spicy, crunchy and soft to enjoy it – same as my food! OMG! You are gonna love it!”
Chef Katie DeStefano
Hopvine Brewing Company
Chef Katie is the Executive Chef at Hopvine Brewing Company in Aurora. Hopvine is a locally owned, indie, full-service, casual restaurant with its own brewery on site. She studied at the Illinois Institute of Art in Chicago and has a passion for crafting cuisine with creativity.

Nate is the Chef Partner at Biaggi’s Ristorante Italiano in Naperville!
Chef Filemon Ochoa
Chef Filemon has been the Executive Chef at Meson Sabika since its opening in 1990. Meson Sabika is an award-winning Spanish Tapas restaurant that resides in an 1847 Georgian mansion in Naperville. With his passion for cooking, Chef has created a multitude of delicious dishes for you to enjoy!
Chef Andrew Sikkelerus
Chef Andrew is the Executive Chef at Craft Urban in Geneva. As a kid, he really enjoyed cooking with his grandmother. In high school, he took all of the cooking classes he could, which eventually led him to Kendall College of Culinary Arts. Chef Andrew has worked in all genres of cooking and has found that his style is simple. He says “I find the Italian style of simplicity in cooking best fits me. Combining that with French techniques helps refine the plates that come out of our kitchen!”
Chef Alexander Millington
Mora Asian Kitchen
Originally from the UK, Chef Alexander has spent time cooking in France, Japan, Korea, and now here in Illinois at Mora Asian Kitchen! He has a passion for creating delicious Asian food (specifically seafood) with French and Italian influences.
