In addition to providing community services since 1925, FCS has developed a robust and comprehensive clinical internship program. FCS invites you to apply to join our team of Behavioral Healthcare and mentoring professionals. We are currently seeking new full-time licensed or registered Clinicians at both our Aurora and Oswego offices. The agency is comprised of Clinicians and Administrative Employees who work together within a supportive team environment. FCS provides administrative support for marketing and referrals, scheduling appointments, onsite billing and credentialing. Both early career and seasoned professionals are encouraged to apply.

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH THERAPIST

Behavioral Health Therapist Responsibilities:

  • The provision of behavioral health counseling and education services to agency clients. This will include assessment, treatment planning, individual, family, and group services.
  • Most therapists will be expected to work in a variety of agency programs and in various settings, both in and out of the agency office.
  • This position will also be expected to do community presentations and education programs as required by the company.

Schedule:

Position hours include availability for 3 evenings (from 3pm to close) or 2 evenings and Saturdays (9am to close) as well as daytime hours for Violence Intervention Services and School-Based Behavioral Health Services.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field from a clinical program at an accredited school.
  • License not required to apply. If not currently licensed, it will be required to obtain your LCP or LSW license within a specified amount of time after hire date that will be agreed upon with your supervisor.

SCHOOL-BASED THERAPIST

School-Based Therapist Responsibilities:

  • The provision of behavioral health counseling to clients at their school placement. This will include assessment, treatment planning, individual, and group services.
  • Current school partnerships include Aurora School Districts 131 and 129 and Oswego School District 308.
  • This position will also be expected to do community presentations and education programs as required by the company.

Schedule:

Position hours include availability for 1 evening (from 3pm to close) per week and daytime hours (7:45am to 3pm).

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CARE COORDINATOR

FCS is seeking to hire at least one individual to fill this position.

Position Description: Provide behavioral health diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, supportive counseling, and case management services to engage clients in services, remove barriers to successful treatment, and assist clients with connecting to necessary services. Populations served will include children, adolescents, and adults. Some evening and/or weekend (Saturday) availability required. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field is required; Master’s degree is preferred
  • Experience working with child & adolescent clients is preferred
  • Clinical licensure is preferred but not required (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT)
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred but not required
  • Experience with Medicaid Rule 132 guidelines is helpful
