About Diana:
Diana’s multidisciplinary approach, combined with her drive to make a difference in others’ lives, makes her a highly impactful executive coach. With over 15 years of experience in consulting and leadership development, Diana has helped leaders at all levels—from first-time managers to seasoned executives—overcome challenges, develop emotional intelligence, and lead with authenticity.
Early on in her career, she co-founded a biotech company and had the unique opportunity to cross-collaborate with physicians, engineers, lawyers, biologists, and business leaders.
Diana double majored in psychology and speech communication at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and received her MBA from University of Illinois at Chicago, where she concentrated in Entrepreneurship and Executive Coaching.
Diana is passionate about helping people cultivate fulfillment, and she serves on the Board of Directors of Family Counseling Service. She’s lived in 3 countries and 7 cities, and her mantra for business and life is “we are better together.”

Mark James

About Mark:
Mark is an accomplished business improvement advisor and frequent speaker regarding workplace performance, employee engagement, channel effectiveness, and customer loyalty.
As President of Performance Advisors Group, Inc. he helps clients achieve sustainable growth and advantage by finding and fixing barriers that get in the way of high performing people and efficient operations.
Mark earned a B.S. Finance degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA degree from the University of Dayton. And is also certified by the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Council in Marketing Performance Measurement.
His community involvement includes serving on the Board of Directors of Family Counseling Service, a behavioral health agency serving individuals and families in Kane and Kendall Counties in Illinois. And the Board of Directors of the Suburban (Chicago) Illini Alumni Club where he chairs the personal/professional development efforts for its members.
