Eric Ward, Psy. D., LCPC, is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and educator with nearly 20 years experience working in behavioral health. He has served in and managed programs in community mental health centers, substance abuse treatment facilities, and psychiatric hospitals, providing care to children, adolescents, and adults. Eric provides training to other professionals in the areas of crisis intervention, suicide risk assessment and treatment, and mental health law, and is a regular presenter at local and national conferences. His areas of expertise include relationship counseling, substance abuse assessment and treatment, and crisis intervention.

Michelle C. Williams, MA, LCPC, is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois who holds a Masters Degree in Community Counseling from Argosy University. Michelle has experience in providing therapeutic services to a variety of populations, specializing in relationship counseling, domestic violence counseling and education, and adolescent therapy.

Mary Ihnenfeld, MSW, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 12 years experience working in the mental health field. Mary graduated from Aurora University with her bachelor’s degree in Social Work in 1995 and completed her Master’s degree in Social Work from Aurora University in 1996. She has worked in a number of varied programs serving people with mental health treatment needs. Mary completed DBT (Dialectic Behavioral Therapy) training in 1998 from the Linehan Training Group and is the past president of the Illinois DBT training team. DBT is a cognitive and skill based treatment targeting various symptoms. Her area of specialty is working with men and women who suffer from depression and have a history of self-mutilation.

Ashley Beaudry, MAC, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor who received her undergraduate degree in psychology from Texas Christian University and her graduate degree in Counseling from Dallas Baptist University. Ashley completed her graduate training at the Women’s Haven of Tarrant County and at the Salvation Army. She has experience with victim assessments, substance abuse and mental illnesses, anger management training, and domestic violence awareness.

Andrea Craig, MSW, has more than 10 years of experience working at Family Counseling Service and other mental health centers. She began her training at the Adler School of Professional Psychology, with an emphasis on marriage and family therapy, and she completed her graduate work at Concordia University, obtaining a master’s degree in social work. Andrea’s primary area of practice is with older adults. She also has experience working in and managing outpatient behavioral health programs, working with clients of all ages with a variety of presenting problems.

Kim Rhodes, Clinical Director, MS, LCPC, is a 1998 graduate of National-Louis University and holds a Master of Science Degree in Counseling. After completing her master’s level internship at Family Counseling Service, Kim was hired as a full-time therapist and has been with the agency ever since. She has had extensive experience working in programs with clients who were court-ordered for domestic violence treatment, working with children doing play and art therapy, and providing couples and group therapy to families. Kim is currently the Manager of Professional Counseling Services for FCS, which includes supervising interns and other therapists.

Maria Rodríguez, MA, is a bilingual therapist who holds her masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Benedictine University. Maria has been with Family Counseling Service for more than three years, working with couples, families, and individuals. She also has experience working with clients with serious mental health problems in a community mental health center setting as a case manager, counselor, and interpreter.

Stephanie Lilly, MA, LCPC Youth Services Manager, holds a Masters degree in Community Counseling from Argosy University. Stephanie works with a variety of clients but her primary area of practice is with children and families, specializing in working with young children and adolescent females. She is experienced working with clients struggling with mood disorders, ADHD, parenting challenges, anxiety, self-injury, trauma, and relationship issues. Stephanie is trained in play therapy, parent-child therapy, domestic violence, and crisis intervention.

Craig Salisbury, MA, LCPC, is a bilingual counselor who offers services in both English and Spanish. Craig has worked in community mental health centers, private practice, and county-based mental health treatment settings. He also has extensive experience providing substance abuse and DUI evaluations and treatment. Craig works with individuals, families, and groups. He has had specialized training in crisis intervention, advanced motivational interviewing, and divorce mediation.

Antonina Barr, MSW, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been working in the mental health and educational field since 1994. Toni completed her undergraduate degree in psychology and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Jane Addams, University of Illinois in Chicago. She has experience in community social service agencies, mental health agencies, adolescent residential programs, schools, substance abuse treatment facilities, and psychiatric hospitals. Toni specializes in providing care to children and adolescents.

Nicole Yonkee, LPC, holds her Masters of Science in Clinical Psychology from Benedictine University. She has professional experience providing counseling to older adults, children, and domestic violence perpetrators and victims. Nicole has received specialized training in play therapy with children and is a certified domestic violence counselor. Nicole believes that change is a process of learning healthy coping skills and the rediscovery of personal hope. She is currently working in Family Counseling Service’s domestic violence treatment programs and is providing individual and family therapy with other clients as well.

Greg Cotovsky, BA, CADC, received his undergrad from National Louis University. He has worked as a senior addictions counselor; managed a halfway-house program, and has experience facilitating process groups as well as 1-on-1 addictions counseling. Greg provides DUI evaluation and treatment services.

Anthony Dattomo, MSEd, LCPC, received his Master’s Degree from Northern Illinois University and has worked in the behavioral health field for more than 17 years. Tony completed his master’s level intern training at Family Counseling Service and has rejoined the FCS staff. Throughout his career he has practiced in community mental health, private practice and hospital-based programs. Tony works with a variety of client issues, including depression, anxiety, relationship problems, and adolescent issues.

Kerri Schartow, MSW, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received her bachelor’s degree in Social Work at Western Illinois University and her Master’s in social work at Aurora University. She has experience working with individuals with a broad range of mental health treatment needs. Kerri has previously worked in outpatient behavioral health programs, psychiatric hospitals and as an on-call crisis intervention specialist. Kerri works with a variety of clientele including children, adolescents, adults, and couples.
