Casi Mattox, Casework Supervisor, is the Big Brothers Big Sisters Manager and Casework Supervisor. Casi promotes the program to adult volunteers who are interested in giving back to the community and is involved with enrolling and matching children and volunteers. Casi has a Bachelor’s Degree from Judson University.

Marie Fabrizius
is the
Community-Based Program Coordinatorat Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Kane & Kendall Counties. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. Her daily activities include supporting the parents, children, and volunteers in our program and organizing match outings.

Rachel Michels, Customer Relations Specialist, is the first person Bigs or parents will talk with when they call for information about getting involved in BBBS. She will schedule their enrollment appointment; conduct background checks for Bigs, track our progress in the information system and report performance measures to BBBSA. She also assists in keeping statistical data and assists the BBBS Program Director.

Eric Dhom
is the School-Based Program Coordinator. He works to match area high school students with local elementary school students in organized after-school programs. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in History and certification to teach secondary education from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. His hobbies are many and varied.

Emily B. Smith is the AmeriCorps VISTAfor Big Brothers Big Sisters. She works with special projects such as an anti-bullying campaign for our school-based mentoring program. Emily recently graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Arts and Humanities with a specialization in Women, Gender, and Social Justice.

Angelica Cabadais a part-time intern for the Big Brothers Big Sisters. She is a student at Aurora University and is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in social work. She enjoys working with children and families on a one-on-one basis.

Chelsea Ponsteinis currently an intern at Big Brothers Big Sisters and a senior social work major at Aurora University. Next year she plans to continue on with obtaining a masters degree in social work. In her spare time she enjoys watching sports and movies and spending time with friends and family.

Stephanie Lilly, MA, LCPC Youth Services Manager, holds a Masters degree in Community Counseling from Argosy University. Stephanie works with a variety of clients but her primary area of practice is with children and families, specializing in working with young children and adolescent females. She is experienced working with clients struggling with mood disorders, ADHD, parenting challenges, anxiety, self-injury, trauma, and relationship issues. Stephanie is trained in play therapy, parent-child therapy, domestic violence, and crisis intervention.
